Badges & Buckets (formerly known as Cop On Top) Off-Duty Honolulu Police Department Officers volunteer their time on top of a 10 foot scaffold to raise awareness and resources for Special Olympics Hawai'i athletes. Come to Salt Lake Shopping Center and support this worthy cause that helps to send Hawai'i athletes to the Special Olympics. Scaffolding setup is by Safeway.
